The first group is suitable for the training of the abdominal and back muscles. The load is changed by adjusting the angle of inclination or by additional weight.
Free weight training implies the exercises with special disks. This group includes machines that can be completed with various weights (dumbbells, steel discs)
Strength machines with a stack intended for exercising on a specific part of muscles. It is not possible to add or remove weights.
