This trainer was created for the imitation of a sports walk. The most important elements of the machine are two pedals, bending under the pressure of the feet. Movements performed on the stepper resemble those that we do when climbing stairs or hill, but do not load the joints and spine.

Systematic training improves physical condition. After just a few days of regular training, the results will be visible: better figure, greater endurance of the body for effort, slender thighs and calves, slim waist, defined and flat stomach.

It should be noted that exercises on the stepper should be preceded with a warm-up, which will minimize the risk of sourness. Spending a few minutes on basic exercisers is essential before any workout.
